▊ Notes on the purchase process
To serve different types of customers and optimize their experience, we have divided orders into two types: 1. Sample/Retail Orders; 2. Bulk Orders. Below, we will provide details on the purchase process for each type of order to facilitate customer operations.
▊ Remarks
The total price of a single order includes: the total price of the product + the total price of the accessories + shipping costs;
Total price of the product: according to the unit price of the product * quantity purchased;
Total price of accessories: different types of products have different accessories, in addition to the standard accessories of the products, customers can choose to purchase additional accessories according to their needs.
Freight: The default freight quotation is FOB. If you have different shipping requirements, please communicate them with our sales staff to receive a corresponding quotation. Note that retail products are excluded and shipped by sea DDP by default.
▊ Sample/Retail order
Definition of sample/retail order: A single order is less than $10,000;
Payment terms for sample/retail orders are: 100% before delivery;
Payment channels: Customers can pay in the following two ways
1. LYBESS designated dollar account
2. LYBESS designated PayPal account
The customer pays for the product through either of the above two payment methods, and sends the payment screenshot (bank slip) and sends to LYBESS via email (info@lybess.com); We will check the payment information within 1 working day. After confirming the payment, the sales and customer service staff will take the initiative to contact the customer for follow-up delivery matters.
▊ Sample order
Sample orders (for distributors or OEM business customers who purchase other products) : The customer shall first communicate with the sales staff about the specific product or service needs, and the sales staff shall draw up PI and send it to the customer for confirmation. The customer shall pay the LYBESS dollar account according to the amount of PI. After the payment is successful, the sales staff will inform the customer and arrange the follow-up delivery matters.
▊ Bulk Orders
Definition of a bulk order:a single order of more than $10,000 USD;
Payment terms for bulk orders are: T/T 50% in advance. Remaining 50% before shipment (this is the default percentage, specific orders can be communicated according to the actual situation)
Payment channel: The customer pays to the LYBESS designated USD account;
Purchase process: Due to the special nature of bulk orders, the delivery and transportation of products vary greatly depending on the size of the lot. Therefore, LYBESS sales staff will provide targeted services according to the needs of different customers, including but not limited to (product price concessions, confirmation of delivery dates, adjustment of payment terms, etc.) We will do our best to provide our customers with the ultimate buying experience.
